Cell c trying to get away with insurance

Good morning All

Please note that i have a query regarding Cell c on the 19 September 2013 around 20:20pm i was following up with my issue of the lost phone its been three (3) years using Cell c and all along insurance was automatically and i have just done my upgrade less than three months the sales person never i mean never told me about insurance and what i know is that insurance has to be automatically loaded if you take any contract.

Let me get straight to the point the date mentioned and the time too the lady told me that its the clients duty to loaded insurance every time you take a contract and i told her that you dont know your job and you dont know what you are taking about its the sales persons duty to load insurance and make sure that the client gets the insuarnce and she was telling me that the insurance are separate its not included i was like from when and how and who did you tell regarding this issue.

So this is what i will do i can see that they want to get to war im ready for them i have told even my lawyer about this issue and this is what i will say im ready for what they bring.
