Update my credit profile PLEASE!

I cancelled my vodacom contract around May 2013. However, according to my credit profile (TRANSUNION), I still have a current balance of R145. Please update my account details with TransUnion please!
I did try to resolve this over the phone. I was told to call 082 1905 by a c/care agent and when I called that number I was again told to call 082 1905.
