No Service whatsoever even when fax sent to CEO

I asked Vodacom to change my subscription a few months ago. I got a migration quote which was signed and returned as requested. However this was never actioned by Vodacom. I have now followed up with them by email on 6 occasions and Vodacom Customer Services has not bothered to respond. I sent a fax to Mr Mohamed Joosub. Again no response. Their customer service is appalling. How do you get a response out of Vodacom? Does anyone have a contact email for someone at Vodacom who can help?
Vodacom please do not insult me by saying a customer services representative will be in contact we me. Either respond directly to my question by supplying me with the name and email address of the person who can help or don't bothe
