I requested CellC to combine my bill for all my lines that I have with them, I first called in August and ofcourse got answered by their rude agents which I think they all need training on telephone ethics they either sound dead, less interested in your call or confused about your query and all I wanted was just for them to combine my billing for my two lines that's all.

I've been communicating with Mary Mazibuko and Theodorah Molotsi from Written Correspondence Department who replied after *rolling my eyes* weeks, who advised that my request has been done and only to found out TODAY from Xoliswa that is hasn't been done and can only be done in October. Why Lie?

Can some one please call me and tell me the truth.
