Billing in a complete shambles

I took out a Straight Up 100 iPhone 4S contract last month. In the contract I agreed to paying 389pm. On receiving my first bill I was shocked at the amount. R710 was charged to my account. I didn't even use all of my free minutes, sms's or data. I go into CellC at Sandton City to make an inquiry. Firstly, the service at CellC Sandton is a complete disaster. Sales consultants always look too busy to help, no one seems to know whats going on, etc. Eventually someone tries to help me by calling the billing department. Not even the billing department could make sense of the bill. I got given a query ref # and was told that I would be contacted within 24-48 hours after the problem is resolved. Well, a week later, I still had no call. I phoned CellC and got told that my bill was high this month due to pro-rata billing. I told the lady to have a proper look at the bill and tell me where the pro-rata amount comes from. She was left speechless and confused at the sight of the bill. She then escalated the query to billing department, again, and gave me a new ref#, telling me I would be contacted in 48 hours. Still nothing. CellC, PLEASE tell me what you're billing me for, or give my $ back!
