To start of with my Complaint In this regard I received a Message through My Modem that I have with 8ta. The Internet of My Choice was a Promo 5 which was 10GB every month for R199.00. This was for 24 Months. I Went back after My 24 Month Contract and asked the Agent what will happen after my contract is finished. He explained to me in a Nice manner that It would go from a Month to Month Contract. a Few days on the 2013-09-17 I received a message from a Outbound Source according to 8ta saying that the extend my Offer with 10GB 10GB Midnight surfer for R199.00 for another 24 Months. It was been told by 8ta Customer care to take my documents eg: I.D Proof of Residence and Bank statements to sign up for this offer. So I went to the Vaalmall and I spoke to a Lady who was not very helpful, telling me the Promo 5 does not exist. I understood this. I was trying to explain to her that I received a sms and she was not very helpful. I need my offer as shown on my sms in which I have proof. I will not tolerate bad customer service. It will be the last time that I have to struggle in this regard or if taken further it will go to the CONSUMER ACT.
