Very surprised

I've had fights and disappointments with MTN in the past, especially the their customer service "skills". But I needed an internet contract and decided to go to MTN since I already have 2 contracts with them.

This time my experience at MTN was different because of ONE woman giving us fantastic service! She friendly, she gave me ALL the necessary & addition information so that I could make an informed decision. She's a true asset for MTN!!

I just wish her colleagues could follow her excellent work ethics!
