A month and a half ago I had a billing query which was escalated by the billing department. I am being charged for two ADSL lines and it should only be for one line.

I was assured Telkom that the query had been resolved and that we would be reimbursed at the end of august and was told that the extra line had been cancelled.

Today I get my august invoice and Nothing has changed, still being billed for two lines and no money was Reimbursed. I WANT MY MONEY AT The End OF AUG!!! Stop LYING and fix my damp account!!!
