Worst company ever to be with

WAS A CLIENT WITH CELLC.HAD 2 CONTRACTS WITH THEM, CHANGED BANK ACCOUNTS AND AS A RESULT 2 YEARS AGO HAD TO PAY CASH. CALLED IN TO THE CALL CENTRE AND SPOKE TO A LADY AND SHE ADVISED THAT REF NO. WAS FOR 2 CONTRACTS AND I CAN JUST DO 1 DEPOSIT, IASKED IF SHE WAS SURE AND SHE SAID YES. I BEEN PAYING ONLY THE 1 ACCOUNT AS A RESULT AND THE OTHER ACCOUNT WAS NEGLECTED, CELLC THEN DISCONNECTED BOTH LINES AND WHEN I QUERY ABOUT IT THEY SAID I MUST BRING THE 1 ACCOUNT UP TO DATE OTHERWISE THEY WONT CONNECT MY LINES SO I ASKED THAT THEY RECTIFY THE PROBLEM BY TAKING THE PAYMENT FROM 1 ACCOUNT BK TO THE OTHER.THEY REFUSED AND THE LADY WAS ABSOLUTELY RUDE.I ADVISED HER IF SHE DOESNT GET SOMEONE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM NO PAYMENT WILL BE MADE.NOW AFTER 2 YEARS I AM HEARING FROM A COMPANY RECOVERING MONEY ON BEHALF OF CELLC.I CALLED CELLC AND WENT TO THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT AND SPOKE TO IVY SHIBITI WHO IS UNDER MANAGER MALCOLM CHETTY.SHE WAS CLUELESS AND COULDNT EVEN GIVE ME FEEDBACK.I ASKED HER TO BRING UP THE RECORDING AND SHE SAID THERE WAS NO RECORD. NOT EVEN TRYING TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM OR COMING TO A SOLUTION.IM REALLY UPSET
