I recently applied for a telkom line and internet special, when i first got my bill, i almost had a heart attack as I was billed R1200 odd rand for a months billing which was incorrect, . I called in and the lady was rather rude and almost did not want to help me but reversed the installation charge, When i later called in to query my bill, the consultants kept telling me it was correct, each time I called it was the same when i called the 6th timecand spoke to kagiso he advise I was incorrectly billed but could not help amend as he was in a different dept, today I spoke to four people who advised that I was billed an extra month in advance which I was not made aware of, if was i would not have taken the lines, I asked to be transferred to cancellation as I wanted to cancel both lines until I sorted the account and paid what was due, at the moment my lines are suspended and I am paying for something that is not in use and I am so paying in advance. I want the advance rental to be reversed as I was never made aware of this and my bill corrected, all calls are recorded so im sure that they will have a recording of my first till lats call with telkom.
