SERVICE SUSPENDED AFTER UPGRADE!!!

So after several calls and SMS's from MTN for nine months I finally upgraded my handset to the Samsung S4 and Tablet package. I have been to five MTN stores who never had stock, but luckily found both devices at the Wynberg MTN Branch in Cape Town on Friday 20th September 2013. Two hours since my upgrade my service with MTN has be suspended. I was and still am unable to make calls, sms or browse the internet or even download etc. I then phoned the Service provider and spoke to Thabo (who didn't give a call ref number) who informed me that he cannot assist me; I have to call on Monday when the Creditors department is open, why I still don't know. I want to know why my account has been suspended, as I have never in my life experienced such embarrassment. I am so off right now, that I have decided to cancel my contract with MTN after 10years, and will return both devices today. I don't see the point in having a device and the Service provide which is MTN is walking over me.

I am done with MTN please, and will never ever come back.
