As we have a 12month internet contract with mtn, they can no longer assist as with uncapped internet and then wanted a upgrade, as contract exp on the 18/08/13. After spending two hours in the branch of Bloem, we decided on the a note book with internet, as soon as it came in the girl phoned my husband and we went there on Friday to collect our upgrade. Then all hick-ups came with contacting the mtn call centre. We had to pay a load of money in for the new device, because it was only a 12 Month contract and now to go over to a upgraded 24 month contract. NO ONE what so ever informed us the day we signed the contact for 12 months last year. Wasting our time and money, as we life out of Bloem on a plot. Took us another two hours for this Bloem Branch to inform us that we can not upgrade after they proposed it the last time we were there. So we decided to cancel the existing contract, seeing as we can not upgrade, but this we COULD ALSO NOT DO!!! This means we have to go back there another day and waste another 2 hours of my live.
