Incorrect Information Given on Upgrade & Purchase

Telecommunications

I secured 2 Blackberry Z10 from Vodacom Shop - Canal Walk
Upon Arrival, they had apparently been sold.
Luckily I recorded the phone call saying the stock was there and the manager released 2 more devices. Fantastic. Not quite.
After confirming that the device was LTE enabled I was told I would have to migrate my package to a SMART package to make use of the service. No Problem. I also confirmed that the sim cards used are LTE enabled. Confirmed. Fantastic. I happily upgraded, migrated and paid for the second handset - R8000 - All good so far
1 Week later I call 111 to find out why I am not getting LTE service in LTE areas and the agent confirms the device is LTE enabled but Vodacom is testing it on the network and will be activated soon. You are welcome to pull the call. A week goes by and I walk into the store to query what's happening. Their response - sorry sir, your handset is not LTE enabled. I tell them not a chance I was sold LTE devices, and I am back and forth with them saying it doesn't specify BB Z10 "LTE" on my contract so I cannot request the correct device. BlackBerry has confirmed LTE does not appear in any Product Description of theirs. They must replace the 2 BBs...
