I am so disgusted with the service I have been receiving. I have been with mtn 4 4years now and was due for an upgrade. When i went 4 the upgrade in no way was I informed about the terms for bb packages. I cant download anything or even use my airtime to do so. When i called the call centre I spoke to Pulane Seutloali and she informed that I can only browse but not download. If I had known this from the begining then in no way would I have taken the contract. She told me I could use a prepaid sim an not my contract sim to download. I have insurance on my handset and if I use another sim then that is breach of contract. I am paying R360 per month and for what??? I have went through all my paperwork and no where does it state that MTN does not give you the full bb internet service instead on the packages it states bb internet service included... False advertising people and I would like to cancel my contract and insurance as soon as possible and rather go to Vodacom. I'm disappointed after been a loyal customer for the last 4 years, so much for customer service...
