No assistance whatsoever, pathetic

I called MTN to set up my mms, who then referred me to Autopage. I called the Fest mall branch who were offline and were going to return my call. I had to call back. Spoke to Johan, who reset my services on the nework, and eventually said I had to take the phone in to check the settings as he could not find a problem. I took the phone to Autopage Northmead Square on 23.09, where Julia did exactly the same as Johan, and told me to come back in an hour, i refused as this is now becoming a waste of my time and money, for such a simple request, I asked her to call Johan and find out what he did, as she was doing the same which did not work in the first place, she refused. I called the Head Office, customer care, and spoke to Thuli, who logged a call for MTN direct to look into it as she could also not find a problem, and feedback was supposed to be received within 2 to 24 hours. I requested her to log another call for my airtime to be refunded for all the calls i have had to make to get my MMS' working, which i think is reasonable in this case! I called again today and had to leave a message for Thuli, and am still waiting. I have had no response from Autopage, and still cant send MMS's!
