I took out a laptop deal with 500mb. The owners son said if I want aclose data contrat or open and I said closed - sasked so if data is funish can you top up and he said yes infront of another staff memeber. Then I wait long for my contract and must keep on phoning them, they hardly ever phone back.

Then finally the laptop arrives then they ask me twice if I want a closed or open data 500mb and I said closed. I say ok the said my daughter under 18 can sign the contract because they take for ever to finalize. Then my firts shoking account over R7000 where must I get the money and that was for August 2013 account then I find the newest statement and still not fixed over R1000 so it is now over R8000 in total. I need to phone MTN ladybrand again and they just send me an email after 3 calls to them and say it is not there fault.
