CHARGED FOR DATA, LINE WAS TO BE STOPPED AT 500MB

We renewed your contracts to laptop packages. We were supposed to be charged R499 p/m and that includes the laptop, SOLO headset and a Internet stick with 500mb p/m x 24.End of this month MTN deducted over R6000 from our account for what??? data??? MTN is responsible to ensure the Internet stick is capped at 500MB and so that it is not on a open line! I want this sorted out and corrected ASAP otherwise I will ensure all of our house holds mtn contracts (6) are switched to another service provider by the end of period. So ensure the data money is credited on our account!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS TYPE OF SERVICE.AND PLEASE ENSURE THE MANAGER OF MTN MIDDELBURG WONDERPARK DOESN'T JUST SIT AND TELL PEOPLE ITS THEIR PROBLEM AND SHE DISCUSSED EVERYTHING WHEN SE RUSHED TO SIGN THE CONTRACT WITHOUT ANY COMMUNICATION OF THE T&C's (PLEASE NOTE WERE CUSTOMERS FOR OVER 20 YEARS)
