Stop my money!!! Stop debit order!!

I cancelled my contract on cue after 24 months in March 2013. However I am being debited monthly - again this morning. My blood is boiling!!! I phone the call centre monthly and I get the same response time after time - it will be escalated and somebody will phone me back - BUT NOTHING HAPPENS!!

I want my money refunded - and what about all the phone calls to these people?!

Never ever take out a contract with 8ta people please! They do not give you any service at all!

I have 2 reference numbers! 4166904 which according to 8ta expired and a new ref no 6385235.
