I upgraded my contract on the 29th of June 2013 from a Business Call contract to a Data Promotion "My Gig 2 Promo for R628 per month... or that's what it should have been. What a shock when I received my account at the end of July for R2863-52. I've been trying to sort this out since I received the invoice but no such luck. I've spoken to about 20 different people and the response was: We will lodge it and somebody will get back to you. I phoned almost every second day and still no positive feedback. I was told that the complaint was actually lodged and that it should be sorted by the 9th of September. (Still no feedback till today). What a shock - my account August account... R847-24 and the device wasn't even used. I was charged for data usage on a so called "Top up My Gig 2". Once again I phoned and was told that the queries have been lodged with the call centre who would get back to me within 48 - 72 hours... guess what? I'm still waiting. I also upgraded another contract of mine but was not satisfied with the product and cancelled it... yet again I was charged after receiving confirmation of cancellation. Maybe the NCR will be able to assist in this matter. Can somebody help?
