On the 16th July 2013 I lodged a complaint with the Vodacom Call Centre. I spoke to an agent regarding the billing of my account. I was being charged a BIS service charge since I upgraded my contract in February from a Blackberry to a Samsung contract. He acknowledged that this was true and would disconnect the service and someone would be in contact with me regarding the refund of the service charge. It is now the 25th of July and nothing. I contacted the call centre today to be told that the service was cancelled but regarding the refund I would have to take it up with the branch that I upgraded my contract with. That is not what i was informed last week. Furthermore, considering Vodacom (Woodmead) was acting on behalf of Vodacom itself, this dispute should be resolved between them and I as a customer shouldn't have to run around trying to get my refund back!!!
