Breach of Contract - Case of to be Opened

I signed my contract with Telkom Mobile I stated that I want my monthly fees to be deducted on the last day of every month, Telkom decided to change this agreed upon date without my consent to the 25th, this payment then bounced and I incurred a penalty fee from my bank because of their mistake. I politely went into the branch and requested the EFT details, I then made payment to the value of R804.00 with the specified reference that they gave me and emailed it to the email address that they gave me. 8 days later my account was suspended without any warning leaving me stranded at work without any form of communication, I have logged multiple calls with their call centre, I have emailed the managers, I have even gone into the branch yet all I was told is that I must make a plan to get the account up to date. I then spoke to another manager and pointed out that this is clearly breach of contract and filled in the cancellation forms for them to investigate the matter as the contract is now considered void as per the Consumer Protection Act as consensus on this contract was violated, today they deducted R1220 from my account, my phone is still suspended, a case of will be opened!
