BAD SERVICE AND INCOMPETENCE

I have 2 contracts with MTN both of which came to an end now. So I called the Retention department for an upgrade. Since Friday 13 September 2013 till today Saturday 21 September I have been waiting for my upgrade to be finalised. I have been promised different incentives to upgrade and each time the incentive decreases. I am holding them to the highest incentive offered and they are investigating. However nobody calls me back I keep having to call them and explain the situation from scratch each time if I do get through as I keep getting cut off as well. I have asked to speak to a Supervisor on numerous occasions. Today they cut off my call after I asked for the Supervisor. I called again spoke to the Supervisor who said she would call back by 1pm. Its disgusting for any customer to be treated like this. I have been with MTN for more than 15 years. A loyal customer but unless I get what was promised me I am going to leave. I have the names of all the individuals involved. Other consumers should be aware of the disgusting way clients are being treated. Shame on you MTN!!!
