Had stock when upgrade was done but now no stock

I upgraded my contract with Nigel last week and he promised me that I will receive the iPhone 5, Car Charger and Mp3 player before the end of last week. I spoke to Bianca this morning and she confirmed that the order was not even invoiced yet. I left a message for Nigel to call me back to explain what is going on, but he didn't call back. I then phoned again and this time I spoke to Amanda and I asked to speak to a supervisor, but she gave me the story that the supervisors might only get back to me tomorrow as they don't always answer their phones. I asked her what is going on with my contract and she says that the upgrade was declined by the system because I was only due for an upgrade on 13th April and Nigel had resubmitted the upgrade request yesterday. I then asked if my phone is ready and she said that there is no stock and that it can take a while for stock to be available. I again asked for Nigel to call me back, but he still fails to call me back. This is the type of customer service I get, yet I have been dealing with them since 2001. I have a good mind of cancelling my contract with Autopage and moving on to service providers who appreciate loyalty.
