Managers cant help i wonder who can!!!

I done an upgrade last week, spoke to the lady by the name of matlakala tsfu! she helped me with the upgrade, fine and well i phoned the call centre back today and yesterday querying my delivery all the consultants i spoke to said that they will send an email to her and cc her supervisor so that they can call me up till now they have not called me back! however i called the call centre they gave me a package number and all asked to speak to her or her manager to find out when i will be getting my phone i asked to speak to the manager and she informed me that her manager says that he will not speak to me now! so if your managers cant even assist i wonder who will. soooooo disgusted in mtn never again this was my last
