I recently went to MTN Cavendish store requesting an upgrade. I had a data line (0834141791) so Fundo advised they need to convert from data to voice then they can process the upgrade afterwards which i was fine with. He advised it would take 2 to 24 hrs then he will call me back. its been 4 days after that and he hasn't called me back. Tried calling his number and sent messages but he hasn't responded. i am the customer and i don't feel valued. i shouldn't be the one calling everyday. Also tried calling the store number and no one is answering. even if they are busy they should find time to return calls. i then called the cancellation department and spoke to Morongwe Manala who advised me against cancelling and promised to do the conversion within 24 hrs. after 24 hrs it hadn't been done so i called back and spoke to Patience Moloko who refused to give me a supervisor. i wanted share my frustrations with the supervisor and see if he could expedite the process. Also called 808 number and they advised me i don't qualify for upgrade which i disputed. i am a disgruntled customer and i feel more has to be done so that i don't get diff responses from pple from the same company.
