On the 24 nov 2012 at 13.:44 my husband spoke to nqobile mbonane to upgrade our dstv and remove the mnet package. ref 11526311. This was never done, we were billed the nov, dec as well as january for this.
on the 30 jan 2013 at 11:47 i called and spoke to soliwa ref 120249128 and asked to have the call listened to as we had to pay 2 extra months. now my husband went in on that monday to ask why the mnet had not been cancelled and they cancelled it in store. Soliswa promised me that she would get her supervisor to listen to the call and give feedback to me, that was never done. My husband then called in on the 05 feb 2013 at 09:50 and spent almost 40 min on the call with Girren ref 12069444, he also promised to have the call listened to and call back. it is now the 11 feb 2013 and as yet nothing has been done.
I called in this morning spoke to Kanisila and demanded to speak to a supervisor, i then spoke to Jabulani and he promised me that he would call me by 1pm today, this was at 12.00. As yet nothing has happened and i am really angry that i have wasted my time and money an still nothing has been done, i also work in a call centre, this is pathetic and i would loose my job.
