No Record of Upgrade & BAD ATTITUDE!

2 weeks ago, I went to MTN Nicolway to upgrade my contract. Firstly, the contract I wanted was R20 cheaper, with a free car kit on an exact same MTN contract at another service provider. I asked the assistant who was attending to me to match this and the attitude I received was "Take it or Leave it; they can't do anything." I had this attitude from 2 of their consultants; quite disrespectful. In my desperate need of a phone, I still went ahead with the upgrade as after-sales service that MTN provided me in the past was excellent. Today, I discovered that I did not receive my monthly data allowance. I called MTN, spoke to Oscar and learned that I never done an upgrade. I asked to speak to a supervisor and held on for 30 minutes and was then told the Supervisor was not in and that he asked the store manager will call me. Not surprisingly, he had the incorrect store manager call me. Eventually, the store I done my upgrade called me with no clue as to what happened. I Spoke to Helen and she was not friendly at all and sounded quite clueless. I am now having to pay out of bundle rates. After this event, I am quite bitter about MTN as my provider and totally shocked with your service.
