Can't Connect to the Internet

I have complained many times before and after each complaint the service improves a little bit but it is not long before we are back to square one. Every long weekend we end up with no signal and we cannot connect to the net, If you do get on then it will only be fore a short while before you are disconnected again! I have a contract with Mtn and I am paying for a service that we are not getting!!! If this problem is not resolved within the next 48 hours then please take note that I now accept the fact that Mtn is incapable of providing me with a proper service, as per our contract. I will take this as a bridge of contract and therefore will cancel my contract with you immediately. I will definitely find another supplier who can deliver me with a decent service!
