BLACKLISTING DUE TO TELKOM'S "FREE" DEALS

Telkom was promoting their three month free internet service across the media and my husband was called by an agent of Telkom offering him the product. My husband declined the offer as we have been clients of another internet provider for six years with no complaints / issues. They continued harassing him for a week insisting that the service is free for three months and he can cancel it before the end of the three month period, if he's not interested! He then accepted, the line was installed and we received the modem and guess what: only used it for two days!!! Before the end of the three months, my husband visited our local Telkom branch to have it cancelled and he was assured that it would be cancelled! Only to receive a BILL accompanied by a FINAL DEMAND for an outstanding amount due. After numerous attempts to resolve the issue, we're still being harassed by lawyers and they are now threatening with BLACKLISTING!!! This is the biggest we have ever been exposed to and I wish they never called us to begin with!! They had our number to sell their product but now it seems they've lost the number because no one's EVER getting back to us. REFERENCE NUMBER AFTER REFERENCE NUMBER
