On account - no feedback

During October 2012 my account were suspended after an account built up in 5 days of R 89 000.00. I report it. The call centre says it is roaming calls. since I were never out of the country, I report it as. MTN issues a investigating reference number, 95616714.

They promise to come back with an answer in "no time" as the e-mail stated. Now I understand what they mean. It is today 19 September 2013. STILL NO ANSWER FROM MTN!!! Only a call from a legal company to collect the money. I do not know which way anymore with them.
