I HAVENT USED THE SERVICE, BUT I AM HANDED OVER!!

I was working for Alex Forbes at the time and was approached by a rep from telkom who said they are offering a 3 month Free trial home internet service. He expl that it is absolutely free for 3 months and if you are not interested, they will collect after the 3 months have passed. About 1 month later telkom contacted me to conf my address and installed the service. When i got home the box indicated that it was a router and this is not used for home use. I never used the service even during the 3months "FREE" as Telkom can even prove this and once the 3 months was up i called and said I am not interested, but the router was never collected. couple months later i got a sms stating i was handed over to VVM Attorneys for about almost R3000. I called Telkom and was told by accounts that they cannot find a cancellation order on their side i need to spk to VVM. VVM contacted me and now I need to run around collecting docs to prove my case... I even asked the lady i spk to at Telkom to check the number I NEVER USED THE SERVICE, I WAS NOT INTERESTED. I am not willing to pay this amount and want my name cleared coz now i cannot apply for anything my name is listed... [Email Removed]
