UNLAWFUL AND WRONGFUL BLACKLISTING

My husband cancelled our account since we had to move. After our move we now want to reconnect, and found out that Telkom never allocated our last payment, and also have as marked as not cancelled in the right amount of time - we gave notice of cancellation 1 and a half month before we wanted it cancelled. So went into Telkom to order the new line just to find out all of the above - we never even received an account, but all was sorted - or so they said. Now today my husband get's a call from Telkom's attorneys saying we have been blacklisted!
Now, this better be sorted out by no later than 9 am tomorrow morning, our ITC credibility cleared and removed from the blacklist, and since all this the fault of Telkom I DEMAND my new ADSL line be installed by no later than Friday, 24.01.2014 in stead of the 28th. We are sick and tired of Telkom and their horrible service! We have been loyal and great customers to you for over 6 years! Now sort yourselves out!
