OKAY SO WE HAVE NOT MADE ANY PROGRESS OVER THE LAST 2 WEEKS WHEN I POSTED MY FIRST COMPLAINT BECAUSE NOW VODACOM HAVE STARTED DEBITING MY BANK ACCOUNT FOR A LINE THAT HAS BEEN OPEN ON MY VODACOM ACCOUNT THAT IS NOT MY LINE, I HAVE NEVER EVER APPLIED FOR THIS LINE ON MY ACCOUNT - THE ENQUIRY IS UNDER INVESTIGATION - STILL AFTER TWO WEEKS, NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT WITH OUT MY PERMISSION ...??? HOW CAN THIS BE LEGAL... WHEN I CALLED THE CALL CENTRE THE LADY SAID TO ME THAT THEY WILL DEBIT MY ACCOUNT UNTIL THE EQUIRY AND INVESTIGATION IS COMPLETE WHICH COULD TAKE UP TO 4 MONTHS - I FIND THIS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE - ALL I DID WAS UPGRADE MY ACCOUNT THAT I HAVE HAD FOR 14 YEARS WITH VODACOM AND THIS IS WHAT I NOW HAVE TO DEAL WITH, EVEN AFTER I SENT THE AFFIDAVIT THROUGH I STILL HAVE TO GO THROUG THIS FOR 4 MONTHS WITH THEM TAKING MONEY FROM ME FOR SOMETHING I NEVER OPENED - VODACOM YOU DISSAPOINT ME COMPLETELY
