CASE STILL NOT RESOLVED - ACCOUNT RECEIVED

On the 12th SEPTEMBER - i opened an Affidavit regarding a line that has been loaded onto my cell phone account, after VODACOM's MANY ATTEMPTS TO TRY AND DEBIT MY ACCOUNT - they have now send me an invoice for this line that is not mine

i tried to call the call center 082111 and was helped by somebody who then put me on hold and then
proceeded to cut me off - i have had it

I have never ever given VODACOM this number or permission to be loaded onto my account
I have also NEVER EVER GIVEN VODACOM permission to just take money from my account
THIS HAS TO STOP OTHERWISE I AM GETTING MY LAWYER INVOLVED HERE
THIS IS NONSENSE

THIS IS - YOU GUYS CANNOT JUST HELP YOURSELVES TO MY BANK ACCOUNT

I have sent the Affidavit through to you guys already on the 12.09.2013 and yet nothing has been done - THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE
