Still no refund for incorrect debit 8 months late

8 Months ago I lodged a complaint to Vodacom SP for 2 debit amounts that were incorrectly debited from my account for some other user's phone account. After posting the issue here on Hello peter i was called by VSP to asssist and resolve issue. Some numerous emails and calls later i was advised that the issue was resolved and I should recieve my refund... Here I am 8 months later, no phone call to confirm correction of issue, no email and most importantly no REFUND.
Its completely unacceptable that it takes a gaint Corparate Powerhouse such as Vodacom a few seconds to incorrectly debit but several months to fix that incorrect debit and to refund poor little consumer who clearly means nothing to them, and is gravely incovienced by their complete disregard for my issue and the negative implications such a "mistake" has on common folk's finances.
All I want is my refund... No investigation, no million phone calls, no endless empty email promises, just a tiny little refund which they won't even feel on their bottom line..
