New contract istead of an upgrade

Good morning

I have upgraded my contract for 0798191061 online and I did receive the new phone (Sumsang S3 mini), after some few days they deducted some money on my account when I called them they told it's a new contract that I took, I explained to them that I didn't take a new contract it's an upgrade so they promised that they will come and fethc their phone and cancell that new contract and give me a new phone with the old contract that I have had with them up until now it's not doen when I call them their phone is always saying there is a high volume of callls. Right now I don't expect them to deduct anything in my account for the new contract they gave me and also they should refund me the amount that was deducted from my account. I am still waiting for them to call me regarding the upgrade or I willl go to the neares Vodacom what I need is for them to come and fetch their phone.
