MTN employee says he doesnt care

Four Weeks ago, i go buy an S4 at Riverwalk MTN. A week later no Feedback, I then Call them and the phoe doesnt get picked up, then proceed to go to the store and they tell me the contract WAS APPROVED DAYS ago. they say i should come back after three gays to collect the Phone as they had no stock, then agaIn i receive no feedback. i call them and they say that the phone have arrived. i proceed to explain that i can only fetch it in two days. they accept that. on saterday morning i proceed to fetch it. they tell me they DONT have stock.
they tell me that i must wait for their call once again with no apology. i proceeded to call them a week later.
the man tells me that he will call if they arrive and if not, then clearly they havnt and trys to HANG UP. i proceed to ask him how will he call me since he hasnt asked for my name or number. he then keeps silent for 2 - 3 minutes and say "ok fine whats your number". gave him my number then asked for the head office number. he gave me a bogus number and told me that he DOESNT HAVE TIME to listen to me and "you can call the Head office I DONT CARE". MTN has NEVER CALLED ME SINCE I BOUGHT THE PHONE FOR ANY UPDATE, NOTHIN BT RUDE
