Can't buy data bundles, no call centre agents

I tried to purchase the promotional data bundle for R12 on Saturday (02/11/2013). At the end of the transaction, I had to confirm that 12 would be deducted from my airtime balance in exchange for the bundle. When I sent confirmation, there was an error message on the screen. I checked my airtime balance, and R12 had been deducted but I did not receive the data bundle. I tried to purchase the bundle for a second time and the same thing happened. So I lost R24 on Saturday. I attempted to buy bundles again on Sunday but again R12 was deducted from my airtime and I did not receive the bundle. I called the customer care centre, hoping to resolve this mess but I was met with a prerecorded message that kept telling me I would be put through to the next available consultant. After holding on for 20minutes. I gave up, frustrated and just darn right annoyed at the pathetic service. So I lost R36 in total. Gosh, I'd heard stories about how poor Vodacom's service was but this was totally unexpected. As a new subscriber, I will be revoking my membership. I'd rather go back to MTN.
