The well documented D-Link Router problem is an absolute nightmare. From the time I have installed this modem its has nothing but an irritation I have spent hours on the telephone waiting for a service consultant and when they do answer after 20 min of waiting they are unable to assist. I have re installed and reconfigured the router and still nothing. I was on the verge on cancelling this service as its of no use to me. I must say that the service consultants are unhelpful they don't have telephone etiquette and are most of the times half asleep while they answering a call. I complained to the supervisor N Maistry and still no reply or call back from TELKOM. I am know going to pay a monthly subscription for a service not being provided.

From 15 Sep, my land line also will not work and I am still waiting for a tech to come out to repai
