I ordered a Telkom Closer deal to have ADSL at my house, Telkom contacted me and arranged for a date to have the service installed.
When I got home that afternoon there was a telephone point installed at my house, I configured my ADSL router and checked for my service but there was none.
I contacted Telkom and asked them what happened and the call centre agent told me that there is no ADSL ports available in my area. I then asked them when this will be done and I was assured that I will have service by the end of the month.
It is now the 26/08/2013 and I still only have a land line and no ADSL, I don't use the land line at all.
