No answer from MTN on account querry - a month ago

I contacted MTN on the 14th of August as soon as I received an account which I did not agree on, I received a reply which said that they would get back to me between 7 to 10 working days. I kept on sending them e-mails and they kept on replying that they were working on my query but each time it was a different person answering me. Well last week after my last e-mail they sent me an e-mail saying that my query was now at their supervisor. It has been more than a month now since I queried my account. I again received an account that is not right but I am not even going to go to the trouble of querying it as I know it will not be dealt with. I am really disappointed in MTN and I already cancelled my cell phone contract with MTN and moved to Vodacom about 6 months ago and as soon as my Data contract expires I will be doing the same thing. I hope that if someone is looking into getting a new cell phone contract or data contract they decide not to use MTN. There is a massive difference between 7 to 10 days and 1 month and still no feedback. Reference no; #6930595 for all my e-mails I sent
