Contract issue still not resolved after complaint

Hi,

I have previously complained about the issue i have and 2 months later the issue is still not resolved.
I spoke Funiwe from complaints and have not received any feedback the last communication that i got was the below. The initial complaint was "I took out my contract and on this contract i have 5% applied to total monthly bill and additional 50% data that i signed for on my contract (i do have a copy). I called the cell c at carlswarld and sent them a e-mail (sent 19 June) as the lady said that i should so she could fix the discount/additional data on my contract as i suddenly stop getting a monthly discounts and asked for an update via e-mail and called in on the 25th June and 10th July no response to e-mails and phone calls they tell me "the people in charge of this discounts are still busy with it" much longer should i wait. There were some changes that im not sure off as the one month i only paid 200 and something and looks like my premium is gone back to normal without the 5% discount and the additional data is still not applied.

Received ref no - 3071502196 (15 July)/3080101956 (1 august) - a sms will be sent when your query is resolved - haven't received any update.
