ANYONE WHO HAS A CONTRACT OR DEBIT ORDER WITH CELL C SHOULD CANCEL.

I queried the increase in my account last month with Cell C only to find that the person on the other end was rude, and abrupt as i had placed a stop payment on my account. Cell C bill you for any amount they feel like and when you query this, you the client get only attitude from them. On 1 August i queried the increase in my account again and again on the 3rd i sent an email requesting the settlement figure on my contract as no one has the courtesy or decency to get in touch with me regarding my query. This is not my primary cell pone account and i hardly ever make calls from the phone. I wanted someone to explain why the account jumped from R130pm to almost R600pm.

To date no response from them and they have the odasity in sending me "not read receipts"on my emails sent.

Cell C - for yourself - you need to up your game and get with the programme as this will be my second contract in less than two months that i will be cancelling with you, without a doubt. Your service level is non existent and not on par.
