ROBBED - INCREASED DEBIT ORDER FOR PACKAGE

I was called by a MTN DIRECT consultant stating that my contract will expire in two months time (in JUNE 2013), i was also told that the call is being recorded for security reasons. I was told that my premuim will be reduced, till now my payment has incresed by R215.00. I did't accept the package and upgrade, till now this issue has not being sorted out. MTN DIRECT know how to rob people into new deals, ROBBERS!!!
