MTN: overcharging on Data usage

1. Im on an Anytime 200 contract
2. My contract ended 4 months ago in Sep 2012
3. Since then, my contract has continued on a month to month cos I havent upgraded
4. For 2 months AFTER my contract expired, MTN were still charging me for the cost of my handset
5. I queried it and they reversed these charges
6. BUT... the month after they reversed my charges, they started charging me A LOT more for data, without informing me!
7. I used to be charged /- 40c per MB, now its R1.75!!! My bill is ridiculous... they've overcharged me /- R2, 500!!!
8. I logged a query on 12 Jan and was specific that I had no problem with the amount of data used, BUT was querying my COST PER MB. They said it would take 3-5 working days to investigate - I received nothing within 5 working days.
9. On the 6th working day, I received a URL report from Ishie Mahomed (which is just simply a log of all the sites i visited) but nowhere in the email do they actually address my complaint - WHY my COST PER MB has increased!

I've replied via email AND logged another call. It seems MTN only takes their customers seriously when they log complaints via HelloPeter :(
