I purchase a Cell C data contract a few months ago for my IPAD and started using it but the data speed was pathetic and I kept trying to use it but become very frustrated with the slow speed. I then purchased a Vodacom data contract which worked and is still working perfectly with regards to data speed in my area. I then approached Cell C to cancel my contract and they sent a verification e-mail stating such. However they kept deducting money from my bank account although I was not using the service. I contacted them again to cancel and they assure me it was cancelled but once again they deducted money from my account.
