CELL DEBITS EVEN AFTER CANCELLING ACC WITH THEM

I opened an account with yourselves on the 14th July 2013. It was for a data sim and dongle. During the week I realised that CELLC has no network in my complex. From the 15th July until the 19th July I went to CELLC Midrand to complain that the network was not working. On the 19th July I cancelled the contract and was assured the account was cancelled. I returned the dongle and the data sim card to CELLC on the 19th July (as I was told I can cancel within 7 days of opening the account) Cellc still debiting my account for an account I cancelled months ago!! They promised to reverse and cancel the account and nothing happened. this query has been going on for 3 months now!! and every month I must suffer becoz some consultant made a mistake in cancelling the account!!! Dealt with Patrick at CELLC Head office and he assured me all was sorted but this month R1073 hasjust gone off my account!!! WTH!!
