BIS Activation!

Since 03/09/2013 we have been making contact with Vodacom. 2 agents (Ronald & Conrad) have returned our call and tried going the extra mile to help us the rest promised to call back but to date no return call. Upon activation of the monthly BIS, the incorrect option was selected BB10. The BB10 service has been deactivated and funds were refunded however it was now brought to our attention that Blackberry has to do something on their side that Vodacom cannot assist us with. This has been going on for 2 weeks however the turn around time is 24 - 48 hours that the agents tells us each time we call. We can no longer make calls to the call centre from the initial cellphone number as we have reached our call limit for the month and if we allow the call to go through we will be charged - shocking!! Can someone please please sort out this problem as it is a waste having a Blackberry but cannot utilise the BB chat, Whatsapp and Internet!! Speed up the process with Blackberry as you will soon be loosing clients as I've been told their is a list of 500 people that are experiencing the same problem? I'm totally disgusted that this has not alerted Vodacom as yet..it is time noise gets made!!!
