Wont help to resolve my regarge account

Hi,

I've been trying to sort out an erro with Cell C, First what happend was that on there *147# self service menu. To my knowlege I've done my BIS activation for over 3 years. When I done my April activation it was done on the new Z10 Blackberry. I then phoned there call centre on the 13 April 2013 and was told by the consultant that wont be a problem as they can reverce the activation but it will take 48 hours, and then they will refund my airtime to my cellphone number. After the 48 hours nothing still hasn't come through to my sim or number. I'm now 2 weeks down the line and still no results. I'v resontly moved to Vodacom and can only say that Cell C call centre personal don't know what they are doing!!! Please people take my advice and stay away from Cell C.
