As a Vodacom customer, I purchased airtime to renew my monthly Blackberry subscription.

I incorrectly purchased R19 BB10 subscription, whereupon I was advised by the call centre that it will be cancelled and I can recharge with BIS.

I recharged with R59 BIS, but still no connection to Blackberry network. After a few days my BB10 was cancelled. I got no notification of this, only after calling Vodacom for feedback.

Going into the 2nd week now, still no feedback or service delivery|

I hade to make repeated calls to Vodacom call centre, and was promised escalation of my query, but no response from Vodacom as promised.

Also, my R19 for BB10 was not refunded as promised by Vodacom, and when I asked about my R59 BIS recharge, I was told it's not on their system despite my banking record correctly showing I made a purchase.

All I want is my R19 for BB10 to be funded as promised by Vodacom, and my R59 I bought for BIS to be activated!

Pathetic from Vodacom claiming to be a top network, but I'm going to move to another network!
